
Return Policy

The customer must present the original tax invoice.

All returns must be processed through the Delivery Counter at each branch.

Returns of materials and equipment are accepted within a period of up to thirty (30) calendar days after the invoice date.

The customer must present the product(s) to ILUMINACIONES TECNICAS, S.A. in the same condition in which they were received, unused.

The material or equipment must be presented in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and suitable for resale.

If the returned material or equipment was purchased on credit, a credit note will be issued in favor of the customer.

If the material or equipment was paid with a credit card, the amount will be refunded to the respective credit card. If it was paid with a debit card, a 4% fee will be deducted from the purchase value for bank commission and service charges.
Return Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Absence of the original tax invoice when requesting the return.

Exceeding the 30-day period from the date the material was invoiced.

Any material or equipment that shows damage to its components or any alterations.

Cables and wires are not eligible for return.

Products sold under promotions, liquidation, or “Outlet” categories are not eligible for returns.
